We specialize in design/build residential construction in Maryland and Delaware, emphasizing New Homes, Additions, Remodeling and Restoration work. Upscale light commercial work has also been an important part of our business.
Much of our work is developed through in-house design, however; we also build from customer and/or architect provided plans and specifications. Over the years we have worked with many nationally known and local architects.
Our projects range from 1500 square feet to 15,000 square feet and have been published multiple times in “Architectural Digest”, Architectural Record”, “House and Garden”, the magazine section of the “Baltimore Sun”, “American Homestyle”, “Southern Living” and “What’s Up Eastern Shore”.

1994- Extraordinary Achievement in Architecture – Merit Award (AIA)
1995- WRCLA/AIA Architectural Design Awards program
1995 – Southern Home Award – New Home of more than 3,200 sq. feet.
